Meditation for TMS

Incrementally Reduce Your Pain Symptoms Every Day with Just
20 Minutes of Meditation

Your Mind Is Fundamentally a Good Place

However, over the years, your mind has become bogged down with bad memories, repressed anger, and high anxiety. Your mind is piled high with negative emotion storage boxes that need to be removed and taken away.

The Mind Requires Maintenance

Just like your body, your house, and your car need regular maintenance, so does your mind. And if your mind hasn’t been regularly maintained, that becomes a problem that can create chronic symptoms.

The perfectionist types who usually get chronic pain are great at maintaining everything in their lives…except their minds.

So, over time, clutter and confusion build up and create tension in the mind that transfers to the body.

Meditation Can Be Your Solution

Just as an elliptical machine is used to promote a healthy body, meditation is used to promote a health mind. And a clear healthy mind cannot generate chronic pain.

This Meditation Course is designed for people suffering from Tension Myositis Syndrome who want to learn mindfulness so they can heal. The course will show you how to calm your nervous system by meditating just 20 minutes a day. And this practice will allow your body to start healing almost immediately. Meditation is one of the most effective tools available for chronic pain sufferers. You're going to love it.

Chronic Pain is the Problem and Meditation is the Solution
Chronic pain is created by the ancient human brain. In an attempt to protect us from life threatening situations, our brains get stuck on high alert all day long without a break. And that causes pain. However,  meditation can allow you to make real long-term changes in the operating system that will make peacefulness your dominant state of being. And that means no pain.

The Power of Stillness
By choosing mindfulness over stressfulness, you’re making a choice to have a life that is generally happy and goes well. No matter how much pain you’re in, you can use meditation to change your outlook and your pain level to zero.

How Exactly Does Meditation Change the Brain? Chronic pain sufferers are primarily left brain, linear analytical thinkers. And, over time, they’ve lost the bridge between the left and right parts of their brain. And that’s a big part of the problem. Believe it or not, clinical studies have shown that (over time) meditation can bridge the gap between the right and left and that actually creates balance, calmness and relieves pain.

Your Brain Never Gets a Break
When we sleep, our bodies get a chance to rest and recharge to prepare for the next day. However, our brains do not rest while we sleep. Our brains race in all different directions and therefore, never recuperate. That’s why you can wake up feeling exhausted. Meditation is the necessary place where your mind can go so that it gets the rest it desperately needs.

But I’m Not Good at Meditation. I’ve tried.
There are a lot of misconceptions about meditation that this course will clarify for you. One of them is that you can’t learn how to be a good meditator. Nonsense. Being calm is the most natural state and this course will teach you how to get there.

Meditation Cures Anxiety Too
Anxiety is worry about all things that are not perfectly structured and organized in your world. Meditation is that place you can go (for 20 minutes per day) and rest the mind. And believe it or not, while the mind is resting, resolutions to problems in your life become very clear. The answers that elude you now, will show up regularly. And that means no more anxiety.

Meditation is hard. I don’t know how.
This course is the absolute Beginner’s Guide to Meditation. All your questions will be answered. Meditation is a practice. This means that you’ll improve with time. And, pretty soon, you won’t be able to live without it. This course includes 4 guided meditations specifically for Tension Myositis Syndrome.

“Meditation is essential for very busy people who don’t have a moment
to think of anything but their work during the day.”
- Dr. Sarno from The Mind Body Prescription

“I suffered from both neck & hip pain, and IBS for over a decade. I tried meditation a few times, but never really understood what I was supposed to do. The TMS meditation course was a great instructional guide and I’m happy to report that I now love meditation and all my pain and stomach issues have been gone for 2 years. Thanks so much John and Laura for putting this course together. It changed my life.”

“Meditation is not about having yet another strategy for healing chronic pain, but rather meditation provides the framework for discovering and implementing your correct strategy.”
