Spinal stenosis is a condition where the spinal canal narrows, “supposedly” putting pressure on the nerves and creating back pain. Spinal stenosis can be caused by osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, or even ankylosing spondylitis.
But you guys know me very well by now. I’m not convinced that the medical narrative is true.
So please watch this video where I once again dismantle the structural abnormality narrative so that you can give up your diagnosis and instead focus on actually healing your back pain. It’s not that hard.
