TMS relapse? Time for a reset.

Unless you’ve recently inherited $25 million from a long-lost great aunt and retired to a silent monastery in Bali, you probably still deal with recurring TMS symptoms.

Everyone does—me included. In fact, Laura and I regularly have to talk each other “off the TMS ledge” reminding one another that the latest mysterious ache or pain is definitely just TMS.

That’s the nature of the beast. Once you get good at eliminating your "usual" symptoms, TMS gets sneaky. It’ll present a brand-new ache or pain you’ve likely never felt before just to see if it can catch you off guard. One day it’s eye pain; the next, it’s tingling hands. It could be just about anything.

Don't get complacent. The moment you toss a new symptom into the "real medical issue" bin, the problem compounds. Before you know it, you’re juggling four different "chronic conditions," the situation has spiraled, and TMS is back in the driver’s seat.
