Upper Back, Neck and Shoulder Pain

So you’ve got pain in either your upper back, neck, or shoulders or possibly all three. And your doctor is telling you that it might be a serious medical condition. They're telling you that you might have something like:

Herniated cervical discs
Frozen shoulder
Bulging discs in the neck
Torn rotator cuff
Thoracic spine problems

However, you’re not convinced. That might be a smart move. Dr. Sarno explained in his last book - The Divided Mind that he believed the culprit for pain in this area was most likely the upper trapezius muscle. The upper trap runs through this entire region of the body and is prone to getting tight when stress is high. Maybe your stress is always high?

Doctor Sarno believed that when it comes to upper back, neck, and shoulder pain, the most likely source of the pain was a combination of muscles, nerves, and tendons that had become tight and inflamed.

That’s all it likely is. Watch  John's video below because your diagnosis might just be Tension Myositis Syndrome.

You’ve Been Sold a Pack of Lies

The truth is that stress and anxiety and repressed anger are causing your pain. Not torn muscle tissue. Not abnormal discs.

The truth is that you no longer have to manage your pain. Now you can cure it.
