Resolving the two biggest types of stress
When it comes to chronic pain, there are two types of emotional stressors that cause the pain. The first type is all the daily stressors of life. That can be anything from rush hour traffic to repressed anger from childhood trauma. Chronic pain usually starts from multiple layers stress building up over a long period of time.
And then the second type of stress is the pain itself. The pain disrupts your whole day and your entire existence. The pain affects work, relationships, family life, social life, and your finances. The pain becomes the biggest stressor of all.
